Ano-Tech is currently operating to the following criteria:
- Quality Conformance System : AMS-A-8625.
- Acceptance Sampling Inspection : ANSI/ASQC Z1.4
- Calibration and/or Measuring Test Equipment : ANSI/NCSL Z540-1
- Sulfuric Anodize : AMS-A-8625 Type II & Type III
- Hard Anodize: AMS-2469
- Teflon PTFE Sealing: AMS-A-63576
We currently are working towards ISO certification.
Process Control
- Jobs are controlled by entering all pertinent data into our customer database and generating a shop traveler that ensures a quality product for our customers.
- Tank temperatures are maintained plus/minus two degrees using plate and frame heat exchanger refrigeration equipment.
- Process tanks are maintained with daily/weekly titrations to determine additions and bath life.
